Independence day celebration

REPORT ON INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS

73 Independence day was celebrated with great patriotic fervour, zeal, zest, enthusiasm and respect at Gitarattan Jindal Public School. The ceremony started a in the school open ground with large crowd of staff and the students.Respected Chairman Sir Sh. R N.Jindal was escorted by the school band and was given a warm welcome.

To commemorate the sovereignty of our nation, respected Chairman Sir unfurled the tricolour flag and all in unison sang the National Anthem and expressed the joy of our freedom.

The students of Choir group sang the Patriotic song that awakened everyone’s feelings towards our Mother Land. The entire school was festooned with colours of Indian Flag. The students, attired in colourful dresses, rocked the stage by giving scintillating performances by singing and dancing on patriotic songs. A tribute was paid to the country’s martyrs through speech. It set the audience in a very spirited and patriotic mood. Patriotic dances by middle class students spellbound the audience .The students of Tulip to Second class also participated in the Independence DaCelebrations. The younger and talented students presented a melange of patriotic activities and spectacular show which created an atmosphere of National pride.

In his message on this occasion respected Chairman Sir reiterated the important role of the teaching community in nation building and his speech infused the participants with energy and vigour. He urged the children and the teachers to work for uplifting the pride and glory of our motherland. 

The programme culminated with the National Anthem by the choir group. It was truly enthralling to see them spread the message of Unity, Peace, and brotherhood. Certainly this spellbound day left everyone in raptures taking pride in our country and its saga of Independence.
